It's pure random bombing!

Yes, as my title says, i'm just gonna bomb anything.....

Maybe a greater thing will happen...(The song is just repeating itself in my head...)

It's late at nite but yea, so? Hahaha! To me, the night have better air than morning.
Yes, it doesn't makes sense but to me, it is! :)

School started! Happy to see the rest again, eating beef pizza in school and hanging around!

Haha! School is, I dunno, fun? Heeee.....(Damm gay!)

Feel like having a glass of 2005 Jacob's Creek Merlot! (If you even know what's it)

Hahaha! Actually a shot of Bombay Sapphire Gin will do too! (That's even more complicated than the prev!)

Ahhhh, I miss drinking Irish Cream too but now recession so must wait awhile man....

The bbq that day was fun! Genny took photos but havent upload! Grrrr......
The food is also good man.... Duh, I prepared it..... Hahaha, but since i didnt pay so it's expected la..... It's expensive tho......
We had:
-steak
-pork trotter
-pork chop
-fish
-mushroom and cheese
-becon and enoki mushrooms
-taiwan sausages
-tandoori chicken
-oriental chicken wings
-and can't remember.......

Yea, we are enjoying life! Hahaha! To me, there's 2 types of BBQ. One is where you enjoy good food and good company. Another is normal food and company. Both costs the same but the number of ppl is quite different. Definitely for me, I would prefer the first one coz, I love good food. To me, quality over quantity. You may say, you're so young, what do you know about enjoying food? Hahaha! Actually, I'm pretty picky when I am affording good food.

I dislike:
-frozen food
-food w/o seasoning or marinating
-instant food
-unfresh food
-msg
-food w/o garnish
-peanut
-small prawns
-mac fries

Yea man, I am very picky! Freaking!

I like:
-spice(Ginger, onions, parsley, cinnamon and more!)
-seasoning!(Coarse black pepper, black bean sauce and more!)
-Veg!(Everything except eggplants and bittergourd; I like bittergourd soup tho...)
-traditional stuff(Rice dumpling, Caviar, Fermented beancurd, soya beancurd and stuff....)
-expensive stuff (Foire Gras, Oyster, Beef, Sushi and sashimi, Tuna and many others!)
-shell stuff(Mussles, clams, geoduck, crab, lobster and others others others)
-dairy products

Yea, I admit, I am particular about food, so?

I think my life revolves around food and that's fine to me cause everyone needs food. It's just how they see the need. Some find that food is just for survival so there's no particular need for exp stuff. Others, like me find it an art, an expirence!

I think cooking tells of people's character. People who loves instant food is like people who wants something that's around the nice taste but require less effort and trouble. That's like people who wants to find a easy way to climb the cooperate ladder in life. For me, I'd like cooking things from scratch. Slow, lots of effort and alot of time, but that's the way I like it. Full of flavour, nothing short of perfect taste, the love put in it and a sense of satisfactory! It's somehow like a businessman. Always trying and failing. Lots of time the results don't appear. Tough pressure from all around. But when a little result is shown, that momment of satisfactory is, ARGH! Sweet!

It's liken to people who drink red wine.
2 types:
-2007 Cabernet Merlot
-1998 Merlot

People who drink for the sake of drinking would go for the Cabernet Merlot. But people who wants nothing less than what we would call red wine would go for the Merlot, which would maybe just reach their expectations only. See diff ppl have diff goals and views of life, that's why life's interesting.

I'm not saying I'm high class or very learned, saying all that stuff about red wine and caviar but I'm just inviting all those who is interested to join me in this quest to share and learn more and maybe one day, find that perfect recipe that warms the hearts of many...

Love what you do and you would do it to the best.....

Last random thing:If I wake up every morning just like that day, feeling your fingers, seeing your face, I would liken that to a stomach full of milk and honey, with a little love and warmth. (I'm not in love with anyone but just enjoying what love would bring...)
