Ingredients:
-1 tube ready-to-eat sweetened grass jelly or chin chow or whatever you wanna name it.....
-1 bottle of Vitasoy Soya Bean Milk (damm cheap!)
Method:
-Cut grass jelly into bite size cubes. (Guys: 3cm by 3cm; girls: 2cm by 2 cm)
-Put the grass jelly cubes into a metal bowl and pour in the soya bean milk.
-Cook mixture over high heat for 5mins before bringing it down to a simmer for 5 more mins.
-Leave to settle on the table for 5mins before serving.
*Note*
Different people have different preference for sweetness so you may wanna add water to the Soya Milk if it's too sweet for you.
